Hot Seat Performance Billet Aluminum High Flow Intake Scoop...

Designed to replace the restrictive airbox intake on the four stroke models, this billet unit offers maximum flow. The stock carburetors need more airflow to make more power, especially on modified or piped motors. Works much better than modifying or drilling holes in the stock airbox. Beautiful billet aluminum unit with Hot Seat logo easily installs in minutes. Some rejetting is required. Nice addition if you have upgraded to a K&N or other aftermarket air filter. Not suggested for wet or muddy riding, unless you have an outerwear type pre-filter.

This part replaces the factory air intake snorkle, part #9 in the parts diagram shown in the second pic. The OEM plastic part varies by year and model, but our aluminum part replaces all that have the same 4 hole mounting pattern.
